Stonefell Chapel was established as the First Presbyterian Church of Henryetta in 1916. Now extensively modernized while accentuating its English Gothic style. We are a new venue available for weddings and events in the heart of small town America!

PRICING

Chapel only – 3 hours    $400.00

            Arrive completely dressed & ready one to 1 ½ hours before ceremony; includes quick run through rehearsal; approximately 30 min for ceremony; approximately one hour post ceremony. All pictures, guest arrivals and departures must take place within this three-hour segment. Basic décor included.

Chapel and dressing rooms – 4 hours    $500.00

            Arrive 1 ½ to 2 hours before the ceremony; use dressing rooms for dressing and final touches; includes quick run through rehearsal; approximately 30 min for ceremony; approximately one hour post ceremony. All pictures, guest arrivals and departures must take place within this four-hour segment. Basic décor included.

Extra 1-hour Rehearsal Day of ceremony   $125.00

            Added just prior to hours above.

Rehearsal Evening prior to ceremony 1 ½ hours    $200.00

Reception Hall – 2 hours    $500.00

                Cake and punch reception-50 people. Basic décor, candles, glass, silver and tin serving dishes and off-white tablecloths included. Additional guests at $25 per 10.

Reception Hall – 3 hours    $800.00

            Catered food reception-50 people. Basic décor, candles, glass, silver and tin serving dishes and off-white tablecloths included. Additional guests @ $40 per 10. No cooking on site. Catered food in warming dishes only.

Extra hours    $125.00 

Deposit to hold date/Cleaning and Damage deposit    $300.00

            Returned upon inspection within two weeks after event if no damages or extraordinary cleaning needed. Any overage of time limits may forfeit deposit. Extra hours at no less than $125 per hour.

 

Signed contract and deposit due at time event is scheduled. Event date may be changed one time, subject to availability. Payment schedule will be set up with final payment due one week prior to event. Payments should be in the form of cashiers check or money order. Personal checks may be accepted when at least 3 weeks lead time is available.

 

Provided by chapel: Basic décor, candles, glass, silver and tin serving dishes and off-white tablecloths. Cake knife and serving utensil. Tea, coffee and water. Oven for warming only and refrigerator. Assistance in coordinating ceremony and reception. Bluetooth speaker/sound device rental $25. Mixed china and glass plates for up to 100 guests $50 per 25 people.

 

NOT provided by chapel. YOU must provide: Flowers, photography and minister. Cake, punch, & catered foods. People to serve cake and food. Downloaded music on cell phone or other Bluetooth compatible and a person to operate during the ceremony (connected with our sound device). Throw away plates, napkins and utensils.

 

NO: Smoking or vaping; glitter, confetti, birdseed, bubbles, sparklers, etc. inside building. No rice at all, inside or out. No cooking on site. No decorations on pews or surfaces unless approved.

 

Violation of stated rules by any guest or wedding party could cause complete forfeiture of deposit.
